Authenticated pieces are selected and verified
- Pool of History selects high-value autographs and collectibles.
- Each piece is authenticated by trusted experts.
- Each piece is valued in US dollars before it enters the pool.
Real. Rare. Verified. Only authenticated pieces make it into the pool.
Each piece gets its own CollectorLINK token
- Every item is tokenized 1-to-1 on Ethereum through CollectorLINK.
- The token is the wrapper around the collectible: it carries authentication, condition, provenance, and story.
- The physical piece is held in secure, insured custody.
The token isn’t the collectible. The token is the wrapper around it.
The pieces are placed into the pool
- All CollectorLINK tokens in the pool sit in one public treasury wallet.
- Anyone can look up that wallet and see exactly what the pool holds, piece by piece.
- The pool is valued in USDC.
One public wallet. Every piece visible on-chain.
$HISTORY represents the pool
- $HISTORY is a single token tied to the whole collection.
- It starts at 1 USDC = 1 $HISTORY.
- Authorized Participants keep the token tied to the pool: they create new $HISTORY by adding value to the pool at its net asset value, and redeem $HISTORY back to the pool at net asset value.
- When new pieces join the pool, new $HISTORY is issued at the current value to whoever contributed them.
- A USDC reserve is held alongside the collectibles so redemptions can be settled.
Starting value: 1 USDC = 1 $HISTORY
Stage 1: Private pool
$HISTORY exists and is tied to the pool, but it is held by approved holders only, and transfers are restricted.
Stage 2: Public market
Restrictions are lifted and a public liquidity pool opens, so $HISTORY can be bought and sold freely. This stage may or may not come.
Public trading through a liquidity pool
- In the public stage, $HISTORY trades against USDC in an automated market maker (AMM) pool.
- Anyone can buy, sell, or provide liquidity.
- Creation and redemption by Authorized Participants help keep the market price close to the pool’s value.
Liquid. Accessible. Open to all — in the public stage.
Two numbers: pool value and market price
$HISTORY has two prices, and both are shown openly.
Net asset value per token
The appraised value of the whole pool, divided by the number of $HISTORY tokens. Published on a set schedule, after each appraisal cycle.
Market price
What $HISTORY trades for in the public pool, moment to moment.
- $HISTORY tracks the value of the pool.
- Market price can sit above net asset value (a premium) or below it (a discount).
Transparent. Scheduled. Built for the long run.
